Northern Nevada: Information on big game management, tag quotas and allocations, draw odds, harvest data, bonus points, common application errors and the computerized draw will be presented. New procedures for this year’s drawing will also be discussed. Participants will learn how to use the NDOW website to find information about everything from hunting to the number of bonus points an individual has earned.
The Northern Nevada workshop is scheduled for Wednesday (March 26) from 6 p.m. – 9 p.m. at the Nevada Department of Wildlife on 1100 Valley Road in Reno. Call NDOW at (775) 688-1559 to register or for more information.
Southern Nevada: Hunters who would like to learn more about Nevada’s big game tag application process can attend a free informational workshop hosted by the Nevada Department of Wildlife (NDOW). Agency staff will provide information on Nevada’s big game management, tag quotas and allocations, draw odds, and bonus points.
The Southern Nevada workshop will take place April 2 from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at the Clark County Shooting Complex Hunter Education Center located at 11357 Decatur Blvd. Reservations are not required, however, seating is limited so early attendance is recommended.
