Reno, Nev.—The Great Basin Landscape Conservation Cooperative (GBLCC) has $600,000 in funding available to support Science and Traditional Ecological Knowledge (TEK) projects in 2014. Up to $450,000 is available for science projects and $150,000 for TEK projects. Applications are due July 29 by 1 p.m. Pacific Time.
The Great Basin LCC's FY 14 science funding announcement has been posted on grants.gov (search for Opportunity # F14AS00242) as well as www.greatbasinlcc.org. Applicants with questions regarding specific proposal topic areas, methods or approaches should contact the GBLCC Science Coordinator, Todd Hopkins, at 775-861-6492 or todd_hopkins@fws.gov.
